GTI is an Alabama based Managed IT Service Provider that offers a variety of IT Services, Cyber Security and Support options to keep your business running smoothly. We have been working with clients all over Alabama since 1999 and have a talented staff ready to assist you. From protecting and supporting your current IT infrastructure to designing and implementing expansion, security and improvement projects, we do it all. Our goal is to help you keep your business safe, effective and to operate with as little downtime as possible.
In 2008, long before this was common practice, we developed and improved the remote technology needed to allow us to quickly address our client’s needs from anywhere in the world. This allowed us to move most of our technicians to a “Work from Home” environment and to strategically hire technicians around Alabama to better serve our clients. In 2018, GTI moved all of its central network to the RSA Dexter Avenue Datacenter in Montgomery Alabama, relinquished its brick-and-mortar building, and become a 100% virtual business. Streamlined, we are now able to be more cost effective, pass on those savings and assist our clients quickly and securely.
